Back again! And with a guest! This week Alex and Brent are joined by Townhall columnist, retired Colonel, author, and twitter extraordinaire, Kurt Schlichter.
We discuss the soon to be new acting Director of National Intelligence, Trump trolling, all of the winning, “peace through strength”, and pretty much anything else that popped up while talking with Kurt.
Alex and Brent then continue on with discussion on McCabe and wrap up with The Witcher, video games, Locke and Key, and briefly mention the new podcast gear.
On that note, there where…glitches…on this episode. Stick with us folks. We’re still learning.
All that said, enjoy the episode. And as always, HEADPHONES.
There’s no pod this week or next. My wife are heading out of town for a bit, so that’s precludes recording next week. This week…well….my grandfather passed on Sunday March 31. Last night was the viewing (I hate those) and today was his funeral.
I was asked by my father to deliver the eulogy. I did so and I was able to get a recording of it. I’d like to share that with y’all so that more folks can get a glimpse of a great man. I can’t begin to do him justice, but I did what I could.
Sorry we missed last week. I’ll spare everyone the stupid details, but, just let me caution you to never have shoulder surgery. Or, maybe it’s just me that has every problem imaginable. That’s much more likely.
So we’re here and talking about the NY and VA infanticide bills, the insanity of the VA gov and lt gov, what it means to be “NeverTrump”, and a quick game of “Where In The World Is Ruth Bader Ginsburg?”
We finish up as always with media/entertainment. Alex gives us an in depth review of The Passage series. Brief chat on the Super Bowl. The commercials we liked, specifically the cool story behind part of the NFL Legends commercial. A few upcoming movies we’re looking forward to including Us, Lego Movie 2, and How To Train Your Dragon 3.
