We’re back after a brief hiatus and while not super yelly, we predictably wander all over the place on a host of topics.
The “main” topics are the fire in Gatlinburg and coverage of it, Trump cabinet picks, and Trump’s flag burning tweet.
But my GOD do we wander. Somehow we briefly ended up discussing abortion at one point.
Wee bit of podcast news at the very end about future episodes, so be sure to listen aaaallllll the way through.

You can also listen to Revolutions and the History of Rome on the podcast addict app too. I wish your podcast was on it also. It’s a great app.

Alex, “Aftermath” is my secret shame and joy. When I saw the first episode I said to myself, “This is the worst thing SyFy has ever produced, and that includes Jersey Shore Shark Attack”. Too lazy to remove it from my DVR list, I grew to like its Popul Vuh: Electric Boogaloo vibe. It’s wacky and makes no apologies, plus it gets the family dynamic and sister-to-sister thing right.
Cochran: I don’t care if you can grate parmesan on the leading man’s abs, “Arrow” can’t cut it. That slab o’ man in “Jessica Jones” is prime cut and won’t rot your teeth.
