After far too much time off due to all sorts of reason, AtC and I are finally back and recording again.
This time around we discussed my impressions of the candidates from the RedState Gathering, who actually are the RINOs, Hillary’s email and, of course, a few books.
And we’re back. Two weeks in a row. I know, July is a little early for Christmas miracles, but here we are. With a lot to talk about.
We spend a great amount of time on the John Doe decision in Wisconsin. We talk strategy, fighting fire with fire, winning, etc. We touched quickly on govt emails, Cuban embassy, Iran, whatever caught the attention of our ADD brains, and of course, books.
Hope you enjoy and if you need a direct download link, email me at bcochran1981 at gmail dot com
We’re back again. Just a few short days between podcasts, but with so much crap going on, we had plenty to yell about.
As you might have guessed, we spent a good bit of time flailing around about SCOTUS. We also get into the current economic crisis in Greece/Europe. We answer a few questions from you guys including Title IX and Sad Puppies/Rabid Puppies.
A little book talk happened at the end.
As always, if you need a direct download link, email me at bcochran1981 at gmail.
After a long break, Alex and I are back at it again this week. We took some time to talk Title IX, Rick Perry, Conservative opinions in Hollywood, a few books and whatever happened to wander through our streams of consciousness.
Glad to be back and we hope you enjoy the podcast.

Alex and I started recording this episode Sunday at around 230pm, we finished recording on Monday at 930pm.
We actually worked to get this one recorded folks. Snakes, computer glitches, visiting in laws, etc etc etc. It was like we were on the wrong end of some kind of screwed up version of the Plagues of Egypt.
But get it done we did. We discussed Christian charity, fundamental disconnects, a judge who might actually have a stroke while trying to deal with the Obama Admin and Harry Potter. And, of course, whatever else wandered across our minds.
I hope you enjoy.

My apologies on the late post. The eldest had a thing at school this morning and then I got tied up at work AND I JUST FORGOT OK?!?! WHY ARE YOU JUDGING ME?!?!?!!?
*ahem*
Anywho, here ya go.
We of course hit the big topics of the Gellar assassination attempt and the Brit elections/riots.
No book reviews/discussion this week due to the abrupt end to the podcast.
You know, I used to listen to talk radio, to Rush or Hannity or the local/national sports talk guys and think “How the hell can they do that? How can they sit and talk for 3 or 4 hours? No way I could do that.”
Uh huh. And now here Alex and I are turning in roughly 2 hour podcasts. No commercials. No callers. No nothing. Just the two of us talking for 2 hours straight. *shakes head*
To start with, an apology. The quality of the audio…it just isn’t very good this week. It was all over the place while we were recording and any attempt I made after the fact didn’t much help. Sincerest apologies my friends. Hopefully next week will be better.
So what are we talking about this week? Well we start by continuing something I really like and that’s just talking about what’s happening personally. All too often we get caught up in the macro of our world and we forget about the micro. We forget about the personal. So AtC and I spend a bit of time just chatting. Then we get into the politics.
We really focused on just two topics this week: Rep Massey of Kentucky and Hillary. We, of course, expand from there, but they’re the starting points.

It’s stunning really. Alex and I are two, in our opinion, reasonably intelligent, successful and functioning adults and yet, we can’t keep track of our time. Both of us agreed that this week’s recording would have to be shorter because we didn’t have a ton of time.
So naturally the podcast went two hours. Amazing.
This week we spend a decent bit of time at the beginning just chatting about what’s going on in our lives, the good stuff, the fun stuff. From there we move into what we’ve kind of dubbed as the “Tyranny of Bureaucracy”, followed by brief laughter at Earth Day and then, of course, books.
Hope you folks are enjoying listening as much as we’re enjoying recording.
